WHAT YOU’LL DO!
- Develop, contribute, and complete objectives related to the annual management plan, semi-annual tactical plans, and other goal and planning outlines for self and region.
- Drive census in the region, supporting new communities in pre-opening and/or as assigned.
- Manage community-level sales performance in conjunction with the community team.
- Ensure compliance with sales standards, including lead generation, calls, tours, events, presentations, and establishing/maintaining relationships with referral sources.
- Oversee and review the sales quarterly planning process.
- Routinely analyze and report on trends and challenges in facilities or markets and provide feedback to both regional and facility-level sales performance.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies according to company and budget guidelines.
- Work actively in the senior living and professional community to create awareness of services and generate referrals.
- Support special events in the region to bring guests to the community according to company and budget guidelines.
- Recruit, hire, orient, and evaluate the sales team based on the requirements of the role.
- Train community-level Sales Directors to develop a highly functioning and productive team.
WHO WE WANT!
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and/or senior living; other related work experience will be considered.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred in business or sales.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and efficiently.
- Highly organized in managing time and resources, with proficiency in computer and Microsoft applications.
- Ability to adapt to changing conditions and job requirements.
- Skilled in developing and maintaining a successful sales vision, with competency in analyzing budgets, lead generation, and sales productivity reports.
